Ice World

Ice Storm
	Eira summons storm to reduce all enemies' healing effect. PASSIVE: Reduce all enemies' [0.6 + 0.3 x LV]% healing effect. EFFECT: Reduce Healing Effect.

Snowball
	Eira toss snowball to enemy and creates huge magic damage to the closest enemy. MAGICAL DAMAGE: Increase [330 + 15 x LV] damage. EFFECT: Magic Damage.

Ice Guard
	Eira guards allies to interrupt and create damage to enemies in middle and rear position. PHYSICAL DAMAGE: Interruption rate increase with Lv, inevitable hit to enemy below LV [45 + 1 X LV]. Increase [360 + 8 X LV] damage. EFFECT: Guard + Damage

AWAKENED: Extreme Cold
	All active skills of Eira now can cause targets hit "frostbite". If the enemy with "frostbite" recovered HP that is more than certain % of max HP, they will suffer a unremovable frozen and take damage. ? EFFECT: Damage and frozen effect to those who meet "frostbite" criteria.

Best used against stall and sustain teams.
PVP: Using Eira in PVP requires you to get her to 2 stars at least. She has a relatively fast MP regeneration rate and enemies will spend a huge chunk of time frozen. This strategy is even more effective in a team that has hard CC (i.e. stuns, petrify, freezes). With Tudu, hard CC has become less effective, but Eira's freeze is one of the few things that Tudu does not protect against and cannot clear. PVE: Most PVE scenarios require you to rack up damage or clear a stage. Stalling out the enemies is counterproductive. In guild events, enemies can't even heal, so Eira's heal reduction is useless.
