Uprise

Find her foes' weak spots and exposes them.
Enemies with buff will have the effect nullified.
Decreases the enemy's stats based on what type of stat they use;
STR: Reduced armor and magic resist;
INT: reduced magic power and magic crit chance;
AGI: reduced physical power and physical crit chance.
Lasts 8 seconds, also prolongs all enemies' debuff by 2 seconds.

Conspire
	Elisa summons a lightning bolt that attacks an enemy in front of her. Targets that are hit take 20% more damage for every debuff they have on them. (100% MAX) MAGIC DAMAGE: Increase [12 x LV] damage. EFFECT: -

Insight
	Deals magic damage to all enemies with the most buffs and stuns her. This skill stuns the target for 1 extra second for every buff on them. MAGIC DAMAGE: Increase [300 + 15 x LV] damage. EFFECT: Stun.

In Control
	All is under Elisa's control. If the sum of the foes' MP is greater than the sum of Elisa's allies' MP, Elisa's allies all get a boost in physical defense and spell resistance. Otherwise, her allies get a boost in physical attack and spell power. PASSIVE: ? EFFECT: Conditional Buffs.

AWAKENED: Conspirer
	When Elisa is alive, and when an ally casts a debuff on an enemy, she can store a copy of that debuff in her inventory. (Can only store 1 copy of each type of debuff at a time.) Elisa can apply a random debuff from her inventory to her foes when she uses a skill on them, and the debuff in the inventory will be consumned. PASSIVE: ? EFFECT: Debuff(s).

SKIN SKILL: Tea Millet
	When Elisa uses the "Tea Millet" skin, her skills Conspire and Insight will calculate the buffs that she received before releasing this skill. After releasing the skill, the effects count will be recalculated. When she uses the skin, the maximum 100% limit of Conspire will not take effect. EFFECT: Removes the damage cap of Conspire.
